Stan Bharti, P.Eng.

Stan Bharti has over 25 years of experience in operations, public markets and finance. Over the last 15 years Mr. Bharti has been involved in acquiring, restructuring and financing. He is a Professional Mining Engineer and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Moscow, Russia and University of London, England. From 2002 to April 2006, Mr. Bharti was a director and past president of Desert Sun Mining Corp. (which was acquired by Yamana Gold Inc. in 2006). In addition, Mr. Bharti is a director of several public and private companies.

Hon. Pierre Pettigrew, p.c.

The Honourable Pierre Pettigrew has had a distinguished career in both public and private sectors. From January 1996 to February 2006, he served as a member of the Government of Canada where he led a number of senior government departments in successive federal Canadian governments. Among other positions, he has served Canada as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister for International Trade and the Minister for International Cooperation. Hon. Pettigrew now works with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in the role of Executive Advisor, International. Prior to entering national politics, Pierre Pettigrew was the Vice President of Samson Belair Deloitte & Touche International in Montréal, where he acted as an international business consultant.

William Clarke

Mr. Clarke has extensive experience in international trade and investment, and is a strong advocate for Canadian industry. He served in Canada's foreign service for 34 years with assignments around the world, most notably as Canadian Ambassador to Brazil and to Sweden and the Baltic Republics. Mr. Clarke was former President, CEO and Director of Pitchblack Resources Ltd, as well as President and CEO of the Canadian Nuclear Association. He also served as a Director of Brazil Potash Corp. and Largo Resources Ltd. He currently serves on the Board of four international companies and provides consulting and advocacy services for companies as a member of Trade Commissioner Consulting Services Inc.

Deborah Battiston

Deborah Battiston is a CPA-CGA, she obtained her BA in Economics from the University of Guelph and holds an ICD.D from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Deborah has an extensive background with over 25 years of financial management, including public companies, mergers and acquisitions, tax, and financing. She also has extensive experience with fast-paced growth companies and infrastructure creation having managed the financial teams for many successful, international and domestic companies across multiple sectors, including but not limited to mining, technology and cannabis. Ms Battiston serves as CFO and director on a number of public and private companies.
